INSTANT HAT designs, manufactures and imports hats from their own Workrooms. INSTANT HAT has been established since 1986, and is a leader of innovative and wearable new designs.

INSTANT HAT has a full range of Ladies, Mens, Boys and Girls Hats. We use only the best quality materials and the highest grade UV Sun Protective Fabrics. INSTANT HAT manufactures hats for Schools and Kindergartens using their own School colours and Logos. We make large or small quantities and many of our customers utilize our workrooms to suit their individual needs. Smaller quantities are our speciality and turnaround can be as little as four to six weeks – depending on requirements.

Our Hat range will take you from Beach and Casual wear onto Sportswear – from Rodeo for Western Style hats, and Sporting caps and visors onto Special Occasion Events for Racewear and Weddings and beyond.

Many of our Hats are made from 100% cotton with a range in the Mens section to cover those larger heads up to XXXL. The childrens hats are made from wash and wear and easycare fabrics. We use 50+ UV Protective fabrics as well as cottons, polyesters and easy breathing straw combinations to look and feel good at any time, anywhere. The Childrens range for both Boys and Girls also sizes from newborn to 10 years plus old.
